However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please double-check your size and order details before placing your order, as we cannot make changes once production begins.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
